| Review by Mark Murphy: Finally getting time to give Nelson's their props. Can't overstate how professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and still down to earth the crew at Nelson's was to me. They communicated every step in a tough repair to let me know what was happening, why it was happening, and cost as repair went along. Even gave me options during the process. It's a tough phone call or text to a customer to let them know more things are needing repair as it went along. They handled it well. Even told me upfront that this particular job, until they got in it, they don't know what they will find. Communication was awesome! Don't know of anyone else around that could have done what they did for me on a Lexus GX460. If you like professional, honest, and folks that love helping people while turning wrenches, then Nelson's is the spot!!! They even have a website that you can personalize to keep up with maintenance , history, and can even see detailed billing. Thank you guys! You've earned my business from now on! |

| I can?t ask for more. Everyone are so nice, respectful , upfront and honest with the situation of my vehicle. They are my number one choice because of that. I will continue taking my vehicle to Nelson tires and automotive Siler city . Don?t worth so many waste of time and money trying to other sorry options in Siler city that do me so wrong . I strongly recommend Nelson siler city .they will not disappoint you |
